Kaagazi

Kaagazi, a Hindi word meaning - something related to paper, just on paper, but can I take it as- just for documentation and maybe , just for holding record ?

When things are perfect on paper, with no errors or glitches and there is nothing unusual you could find in the records, why didn't the stuff worked out ?

Thats concerning .

When every work we do is solely for documentation and our first aim is the recording of the events which would help us in future to retrieve what happened in past, when all that matters is paper work,  who would bother to know if  the recorded stuff is the actual thing that happened ?
When all I want to do is the bare minimum of the total work and have a perfect illustration of work on the paper which safeguards me from any future allegations, why would I bother to go an extra mile, everyday to ensure that the work I am supposed to do is actually making difference in real life ?

I thought it would be earlier to finish the project on paper but it's definately not satisfying at the end of the day. It feels empty even if there are no complains from the superiors and the paycheck is recieved on time. Yet, I have been hating to realise everyday that things could have been better, for me and for the purpose I am serving to others, that I should have seen the results  rather than making it just a formality to be proved to the world that -- hey, I have been making efforts, it's on the paper ! But I don't know why I failed the project . That's sad. Maybe I should be able to do it the next time.

Taking note of little things which are normal- most-of-the time helps us in knowing the baseline for it and with that baseline in mind, any  minor fluctuation or begining of deviation from the normal could be detected early, at the reversible stages of the damage.  Again it takes efforts which may seem like waste most-of-the-time, because minos things are normal most-of-the-time but to prevent  that one minor margin of error, would you think the efforts aren't worth it ? Or are we just here to deal with things which are Normal most of the time and when they were not, oh we just failed and failure happens, just as any other event?

Precision to details, to have them in the mind, to notice their presence and absence and  to finally address them would be difficult but worth trying, right?

I hope I am able to pass on the message of need of knowing the work being done on ground and the impact it's making, because if the message isn't understood, this article would just be another Kaagazi document in the millions other.

Waiting to hear your thoughts on this !

The Abundant Room Upstairs, No One is Allowed to enter! #1

There is an old brown dusty chair that sits in the abandoned room upstairs. I didn’t figure out who does it belongs to yet we, the family who resides here on rental basis, are forbidden for using it. Mamma says that we must not enter the room, at any cost. Yet, I trespassed this boundary yesterday, when my dearest cat went upstairs, like she usually does. I didn’t ponder upon this fact as Cookie has her favorite place to sleep upstairs. But upon her no appearing back even after opening up of its favorite food (cats are very strong at detecting smell), a doubt arose. I waited for a few more minutes and when my expectations failed too, I decided to go upstairs and check. The forbidden room was at left, so I went forward and checked the room on the right side. “Cookie” I called out. No response. I called out again, twice, yet the result was just as the first time, that is no response again. I had the bowl of cat food in my hand, whose presence would have been hard to go unnoticed, given...

What if I Owned it ?

I would love to own a bakery. I don't know why but the idea sounds really fascinating to me. Being surrounded by cakes and pastries and breads which are freshly baked or hot chocolates just out of the oven! The thought itself is mouth watering. These tempting thoughts need to be subdued otherwise all my business would run down the hill, in utter loss if I became the prime consumer for the things I intent others to consume . Oh, did I mention to forget crispy yet soft, melting cookies? Well, now I did!  I love to see happy people. Maybe it's something we all could relate and wish to be. Yet, could we  be a part of everyone's birthday celebrations, their marriage or relationship anniversary celebrations or in the moments when people reflect back at life and all they have is admiration of how things have changed for good as well as bad, yet everything they cherish. Can we be a part when friends with long-gone-being-in-touch reunite and laugh at the moments which they thought c...

Paving out our ways on our own!

What could you make out from the title. 🤔Everybody have to pave their ways themselves. A good lot of aids are available, aren't they ?Yet, is availability equals to compulsion of using. Not really.  There are innumerable people who will guide you to the safer path with garenteed results. It benefits them and it benefits you ! That's what we all are trained to follow.  But why, fellas ? Things would go wrong when we are not aware of the consequences.  Try them out. What is holding you back? I am sure there are going to be genuine reasons. Sort them out.  Being wrong Hurts, especially, when you have no experience of being wrong at all.  Being unrebellious is taught before our brain registering the meaning of rebellion or evaluating the need to be, or not to be. ( Disclaimer - I don't mean to provoke rebellion here ) . It's just that, if you want to do something, even if that's off track yet legal, do it and your safe-mindset shouldn't hinder. Also, if at ti...
